The Himalayas and the Nyainqentanglha Mountain like two giant dragons extending from west to east, and docking with the Hengduan Mountains in the east, embracing Nyingchi in the arms of the three major mountains.

Some people call Nyingchi as Switzerland in Tibet, and others call it Watertown in Tibet. Her high mountains and long rivers make she difficult to be attached, so that she preserved the natural features and is one of the only remaining pure land in the world. In Nyingchi region, there are numerous snow-capped peaks, dense forests, as well as flushing rivers such as the Nyang River, Palongzangbo River and Yarlung Zangbo River.

Her beauty is not usual, containing immense, wildness and detachment.
